Electric power jack-any suggestions?

Can anyone lead me to a decent, fair priced, electric power tounge jack that I can order online and have shipped? Not looking for the top of the line most expensive on, but a fair priced decent one. Tounge weight of trailer is 1,100 pounds, and its a 2014 Keystone Hideout. Existing crank jack is the type with the 3 bolts holding it in place. Also, looking for one that is user-friendly, and isn't to tough to install.
THANKS!!

  • www.discounthitches.com sells the Curt Mfg towing products, which includes tongue jacks of all styles and sizes. I've found the Curt products to be of good quality and reasonable price. Curt products are all American made, mostly in Texas, so far as I know.
  • The LCI tongue jack that came with our Coachmen Freedom Express worked fine but the head was huge and interfered with the tailgate on our Avalanche. I replaced it with an UltraFab 3502 as I've owned one before and liked the fact the base plate has extra holes, allowing the tongue jack to be oriented so the head is facing exactly 90 degrees to the side rather than 120 degrees as is the case with pretty well every other tongue jack. Barkers and pretty well every other competing brand have a plastic head that will become brittle and discolour from exposure to the sun so I much prefer an all metal head. Be aware though that eBay and Amazon are both filled with cheap lookalikes that are not authentic UltraFab tongue jacks.

  • Harbor Fright .. 3,500 pounds.. (only one they sell). $100.00 with coupon. read the reviews.
my trailer has a 1,200 pound tongue weight.

Fuse in battery box... I used a old style Ford starter solenoid with a rocker switch hidden under the propane tank cover. so kids don't play.

    Easy 3 bolt install. 1 wire ..

my budget could not DO the Barker. AND my shoulder demanded I upgrade from the manual.

Nineoaks2004- Harbor freight products I always have thought were junk, but it seems yours is holding up
  • Just bought an Atwood 4000 that replaced my crappy Lippert Components jack that folded during a wind storm earlier this summer. The Atwood is made in the USA versus the Chinese made Lippert. We love it. It works much faster then our old one and does not strain when lifting like the Lippert. Lou
  • I got mine here, it has done well for a year now, with a 20% off coupon the price as a little over $100.00. 1 wire, I ran a wire from the bttery box (installed a switch in battery box and also a 30A breaker, took about 20 minutes to hook up.

  • Atwood or Barker....can't go wrong.
For your set up I'd go with 3000 lb or 3500 lb. model. 2 1/4 inch shaft.
