An electric one is just so much easier and faster. I can hook up the chains, breakaway cable & umbilical cord with one hand while keeping the up switch on with the other hand. We had a manual on our first TT and never want to see another one again. It's also faster when leveling the trailer after unhooking.
Jack noise is one thing, but it's the folks that have a noisy diesel idling for 1/2 hour while they're breaking camp that kill me.
