The health issues usually associated with spray foam have been pretty much eliminated in today's products. There are two types, open-cell and closed-cell. Closed-cell has a higher R-value, is water tight and adds structural strength and it appears that's what this company is using. Open-cell is usually preferred in homes because water leaks in the roof are easier to detect since the water will seep thru this form of spray foam. It does have a lower R-value and doesn't add any structural strength though.
I've used both. Had closed-cell installed in my RV Barn and open-cell installed in my home. In my opinion you selected the right stuff for your project, although I think I would have installed the wiring before the foam.
