No, four outlets is not nearly enough. I have ten breakers in my RV. one is dedicated to the water heater, one for the converter, leaving 8 for the rest of the RV.
I've added 3 extra outlets in storage compartments, 3 extra in the bedroom, and 2 extra in the kitchen (I hate extension cords).
I also added two auxiliary shore power cords that are multipurposed.
I do operate on a 30 amp service, but added a hybrid inverter so when plugged into a 15 amp shore supply I can still draw up to 24 amps.
Don't forget to have a couple of weather proof outlets on the outside of the RV so it is easy to access power when sitting under the awning.
The trend today is towards 50 amps (per leg) in RV's.
If you plan to boondock a lot design the battery bank to be six two volt L-16 batteries. Add a decent solar system to that and it will be a wonderful unit.
