My trailer came with one and it is not reliable in my experience. If your door is perfectly aligned, it might work more often than not. My door is not perfect (another project on my list) and it seldom works. It is only 50/50 successful moving the deadbolt with the door open and nothing hindering its operation.
I emailed vendor and never received any response. I will be replacing mine with manual entry that has matching keys with bedroom door.
