Test by Dish network tech onsite says it's not picking up satellites. I would highly recommend ceasing your troubleshooting with DISH. You have a Winegard unit not a DISH unit. You can call into technical support here at Winegard and we will surely find the reason your carryout isn't working properly. Winegard Technical Support - 800-788-4417.
