I've snapped 20K lb straps recovering 5K lbs vehicles when snatching and went to a 30K lb strap that held up. I would be wary to try snatching a 10K+ lb vehicle because even if the strap survives, the frame may not.
These heavier vehicles are recovered by winch much better if they cannot be pulled out, plus you are not reliant on another vehicle's assistance as long as you have an anchor point. Adding a front receiver, additional recovery points on your frame and a 10K-15K lb receiver mounted winch with tackle blocks would get you through most difficult areas.
