Gosh, 2oldman, maybe I am too squeamish, but I sure don't like it when there is a lot of sewage on the concrete basin around the dump receptacle. I think folks should always use a hose to direct the waste into the hole. I attach a short hose and a 45 degree spout to my tote when I use a tote, and I attach a 90 degree spout on my longer hose when I empty my on-board tanks.
