I'll add in, I think if I had to do this for a seasonal, I'd consider a honeywagon service or the like. Once you blackwater your tote, ALL water is blackwater, unless you've got some crazy cleaing plan. My tote has never seen blackwater, and I'll keep it that way. Yuck.
