We currently have an enclosed underbelly and it's one thing we don't like. Any time you want to do any work, it's a major project because you have to remove sections of the underbelly and it's usually not designed for easy removal.
If you aren't planning to spend a lot of time in cold weather, I wouldn't make it a high priority.
