I have an '03 Ford with the 6.0 diesel. At oil change time the level is higher than it should be. The dipstick is not milky like there is water or coolant getting in. Can this be fuel getting in someh...
There is a home test you can do. Take a white paper towel and let a drop of warm oil drip off the dipstick onto it. Look carefully. If there is a lighter shade of oil surrounding a darker center, like a halo.... That is diesel seperating from the oil on the towel. If you want to know just how much, then a lab such as Blackstone is the way to go.
