Epidemic of Trucks with TCs pulling TTs on I-90.

I'm not really sure what was going on, but we saw at least 5 different trucks with TCs pulling TTs today on I-90. Not that exciting with the exception of the commercial RV dealer truck pulling a long...

I saw a pickup towing a ~25 ft TT towing a ~20 ft sailboat pulled over by the WA Troopers in Spokane. I've seen such triple rigs in MT before. Not sure where it is legal. Sure doesn't seem very smart.
