Epidemic of Trucks with TCs pulling TTs on I-90.

I'm not really sure what was going on, but we saw at least 5 different trucks with TCs pulling TTs today on I-90. Not that exciting with the exception of the commercial RV dealer truck pulling a long...

Triple towing is legal in most states.
Some states require 5th wheel as first trailer, other have 65' length restriction.
Now from Jim's post I understand the trucks had no company logo and no DOT numbers?
I heard it is common RV dealers hire "hot shot" drivers to cut down the cost.
