The "Rookie mistakes" make quite long topics on RV forums, so it takes some skills and experience to use any RV.
Just last month, while on campground I was observing new neighbor coming with about 25' long trailer. The parking pad was at about 60 degree to the driveway, so it was one of the simplest to park RV and he had well over 20' of width to play with.
Yet the driver in his 50's pushed the trailer back once, come close to jack-knifing it, pulled forward and ask the manager to call more qualified driver, who backed up the trailer in 1-point maneuver.
Now in case of hauling new RV, the law require DOT number and adequate insurance.
Would you go to a doctor who has the education, lets say from India, but no US diploma?
