If Jayco requires me to remove my gutters and awning every year then I'll never look at a Jayco again. That just seems ridiculous.
I suppose Jayco could then say you didn't caulk it properly after removing the gutters and awning.
My thoughts as well... I have read my 2015 Jayco owners manual and there is NOTHING about taking off the gutters or awning. Please show me where in your manual it states that so that I can specifically review mine.
I think it was more the dealer not wanting to admit to anything they could have done. I never heard anything directly from Jayco, but rather what the dealer told me.
I still have the vin number and have thought of getting the real story from Jayco.
