Good video. The DW and I had already developed some of the methods shown, including the “scoop” when the road was wide enough and selecting an alternate campsite rather than wrestle into a tighter spot. The walkie-talkies seem like a good idea.
Unfortunately with the cap on the back I cannot look over my shoulder. But we do;
• Keep the hand at the bottom of the steering wheel and move it in the direction we want the TT to go.
• Have a spotter directing the TT since they can better judge the TT wheel locations and the turning path.
• Never rush, if it takes ten tries, it takes ten tries.
Have parked it myself but I use a lot of the “GOAL” principle; Get Out And Look.
I also gets easier with time and experience.
