Evergreen Everlite

I am planning on an inspection of a used 2011 Everlite camper which is for sale in my area.

To owners of this brand, what specific questions should I be asking, items of interest I should be looking for?

    I bought a 2010 Everlite 31bhs last fall I've only used it once, but I'm looking forward to using it when this snow melts. I was really impressed with how well it towed.

    What model are you looking at? Everlites are well built. No wood in the structure so it won't rot if it has ever had a leak.
