^Theres 2 different wiring standards I found out recently.
Look it up.
Black +, white - and blue brakes is the same. The other colors are different from the standard most of us are used to.
I noticed it a couple years ago when I bought a pre wired trailer plug and thought it was a mistake. But just recently have had to redo a couple trailers and same thing.
