Excellent customer service from Torklift

I feel the forklift bump stops are just that. There are meant to contact the spring when the load bounces. I don't believe that are meant to ride on the spring a 100 percent of the time. Air bags would help the ride and life of the bump stops. I load the truck and then put enough air in the air bags to raise the load just enough to just contact the spring. I get a great ride and bumps still do the job the are designed to do. You should consider a set of air bags in my opinion.
