Excellent customer service from Torklift

I just ordered Torklift tiedowns from Amazon. They showed up missing 1 part, the box had been torn open and taped back together. There was a note in the box from the previous buyer indicating it was being returned due to the missing part. So obviously the vendor sent a return to me knowing a part was missing. :R

To the point, I called Torklift. Torklift does not drop ship for vendors, so it's not their problem. But they offered to just send me the part for free. Which I really appreciated. Saved me a lot of headache, I would have to return everything to the vendor just to get the missing part.
