I just want to chime in on this topic. Two years ago, I screwed up one of my TL tie downs (my own fault) while loading my camper. I stopped by Torklift in Kent, Washington and they told me to take the truck down the road to their Sumner production facility. When I got there, they asked if they could test fit (R&D) some new tie downs on my truck to see if they would fit older model 2011 Chevy one tons. They gave me their shop/dispay truck and told me my truck would be ready in three hours. Went and did my thing....came back and had 4 new tie downs mounted on the truck. Ask them how muck $$$, highly expecting to pay for at least two of the tie downs. To my suprise, they said it was on them...NO CHARGE. WOW
