I've found that cold weather causes me problems. The exhaust temps just do not get up high enough to do the regen. I had to take it to the dealer for the regen one time. Luckily it was still under warranty and didn't cost me anything. It really shouldn't cost that much for a tech to plug in the laptop and park the truck in the lot to do the regen. It is not like he is sitting there watching the truck run for 3 hours.
