Um...that free warranty costs $199/year. I would want to know exactly what it covers. For example, does the lubrication include repacking bearings or just squirting some grease into the zerk fitting?
Extended warranties are usually pretty worthless.
The “coatings” are really worthless.
However, like Mitch said, if it helps you sleep better, then go for it.
