Extended warranty is an insurance policy. Never insure anything you could not afford to replace were ti be destroyed. That is why you insure your house but not your toaster. So the question becomes: if any appliance broke on your trailer could you afford to repair or replace it? If yes, then don't buy that "extended warranty." If no, then buy it.
