Jan 22, 2015I have one that I am happy with and has been in business over 10 years. It is Century Warranty Services. I bought the plan thru Costco in October of 2012 when the warranty ran out on my '06 Ford. The plan cost about $2500 for 6 years of coverage. Last fall the truck had an injector problem while on a trip. I took it into a Ford dealer, gave them the plan paperwork and got a rental car. Repairs were $3500 and I paid the $100 deductible and a bit of the rental car cost. Three injectors, the fuel injector control module and the alternator were replaced. I am now $1000 ahead and still have 4 years of coverage.
Normally I wouldn't buy a plan like this but with a Ford 6.0l engine I felt the need to have some insurance. :)
