OMG I am into day 4 waiting for Portfolio and Wholesale Warranties to fix our rv. We needed the dash air repaired. I paid $4000 for a warranty. Called Portfolio and was told to take the rv to Down time diesel in Mesa Az. We took it in early Mon. before 8am. They checked it out and submitted a list of parts and labor for approval. Portfolio has a 2 to 24 hour wait time before claim approval. They waited exactly 24 hours to ok the work. This is a ploy to get people to go away. Then parts had to be ordered so the garage started that on day 2. Next when the mechanic took off the evaporator it broke the end of the refrigerant line from the engine to the dash air. Portfolio is refusing to pay for that because the owner of this garage mentioned rust to the claims people. OMG they don't cover rust or rubber. This is not a radiator hose, it is an aluminum freon line. It is not a maintenance part, it is part of the air conditioning system. They have fought me for 2 days. I have just sent Wholesale Warranties detailed close up pictures of the broken line. Still waiting for an answer. You know what? They want to blame the garage owner for not wording his description right. Its not his fault. The blame lies with Wholesale Warranties and Portfolio. We have been treated like dirt. We have camped in a garage parking lot. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER WHOLESALE WARRANTIES OR PORTFOLIO. They have given us nothing but trouble and ruined our trip. PS if you post about their lack of customer service on their Facebook page they delete it and block you out.
