So my extended warranty just ran out. I went to the dealer to find how to extend it again. I about had a heart attack when he told me that for a 3 yr pay in 18 mo no interest would cost me $8100.00/yr...

Keep your truck well serviced and don't worry about it. My truck is out of warranty too and I'm not at all concerned.
Like others have said, chances are that a couple of repairs here and there are much more economical than those rip off extended warranties.
