Extended Warranty
Just got a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 Diesel & was wondering how many owners buy the extra coverage?I never got extra warranty on anything before but might now,Not quite sure why,LOL

Never believed in extended warranties. Always thought they were a waste of money.
I think you have to decide how you will be using your truck. If you are only towing 500 - 1,000 miles a year and then just some local driving, maybe you won't get your monies worth from an extended.
My truck miles are probably 80% towing a heavy fiver or more. I just figured I was really maxing my truck out to it's limits. I waited until the factory almost expired and then searched on-line and found an extended ESP Ford warranty from a dealer that was about 40% cheaper than my dealer.
But extended warranties are almost like an insurance policy, expensive and you may never need it.....but if you do?
