I really see no point in a extra capacity front diff cover, since the truck isn't in 4wd very often... and when it is, it's probably slow speed through sand, etc, or cold and snowy.... neither situation warrants the extra cooling capacity and expense of a new diff cover and extra lube.
Same can be said for the rear. Don't waste your money, change the gear lube and run the stock covers. You'll overwork other areas of the truck before overheating your diffs.
