Don't matter, not available around here anyway and I fuel my truck from my bulk tank, rarely go to the filling station unless on a trip. Having said that, I uses nano-borate additive in all my diesels. Is it mystery juice? Not sure but, it certainly keeps the internals clean. Just had the valve covers off my truck and the overhead is so clean at 100K, you can see the paint marks on the valve springs.
