I have an Exxon Mobil filling station that caries diesel just down the street from where I work. I'll have to see if they are selling this magic bug juice. I do recall they had their diesel pumps down for maintenance earlier this year so maybe they were doing a switch-over?
My guess is it's B10 or B20 biodiesel with some sort of additive package to give a cetane boost and increase lubricity of the ULSD base oil. It's probably close to some kind of formulation similar to what you'd have if you added Stanadyne or Diesel Kleen to your tank.
