They are having a lot of problems with exhaust valves on those engines.
Another post about exhaust valve problems by one of our members here.
6.7 valve problems, "happens all the time."
And then we have turbo problems.
More turbo problems.
The valve problems lasted for many years according to Fords own TSB.
Ford TSB for valve problems.
Some people are gamblers. If you buy it, good luck. :)
