The 2013 F350 & F450 GVWR are both 14,000 lbs. The towing capacity is higher on the F450 due to the rear end gear ratio. Payload is a bit higher on the F350. I know that insurance can be higher if you go with F450 due to commercial classification in some states. Unless you're hooking up to a 5th wheel over 19,000 GVWR, I would suggest the 2011 or newer F350 or a 2015 or newer 3500 series.
