They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Competition is a good thing. Since I will be in the market for a pickup next year, possibly a 1500 Ecodiesel, I'm looking forward to some direct competition because I really don't have any brand loyalties. It will be interesting to see if Ford can compete on price or if they try and command a $6K premium for the diesel in the F150.
