Hi, it sounds like your problem found you. More than likely your trans convertor clutch is worn out. This would allow the shearing of the fluid and the resultant high trans temps. The input and output shaft speeds are monitored and will throw a code if they are not synchronized when the tcm/ecm is commanding the clutch to lock up. They should be able to pull the code to verify the slippage. Some, or all of the previous work may have needed to be done, but I wouldn't want to pay labor this time around for flushing lines, ... There is some redundancy there. Maybe it's time to replace the trans at this point. You would have a parts and labor warranty and a new/reman with all wear parts replaced. Replacing the convertor may solve the problem for the time being, it's your judgment call.
