200 pounds for 5th wheel receiver in the bed
I expect loaded pin weight to be at least 500 pounds over dry rating. There is far more storage in front of a 5th wheel tires and behind. If something started at 17% dry, it will be more later.
Regardless, 700 + 1500 = 2200 which is not likely to be a 4WD crew cab HD F-150. With IMHO conservative estimates extra in the bed, stuff to occupy people during travel in the cab), there is not F-150 to meet your needs. Even some crew cab 3/4 ton diesels have less than 2200 pounds of payload. 3/4 ton gasser, 1-ton diesel, lots of choices new and used.
