Motor Trend's long term Ram 1500 Hemi 4WD got 1.4 mpg better over 30K miles than their F150 3.5 Ecoboost 4WD also over 30K miles (I think it was 14.4 mpg for the Ecoboost and 15.8 for the Hemi Ram).
