Sure you can. The F150 can use the FORScan app via a bluetooth OBD connector to adjust thousands of settings in the various Control modules that exist. I have 21 modules on my 2018 F150, and I've "tuned" quite a few to do things I like, like turn off seatbelt chimes and other annoying sounds, run in "Bambi" mode (Lows, Highs, AND Fogs!), and more.
FORScan isn't for the faint of heart or computer illiterate, but is sure is useful if you can handle it.
