I agree with you.
And when they gain significant market share and the subsidizing goes away, watch what that "cheap" or "free" charging station will cost.
Like I said earlier, it will all normalize to "something", just as it's normal now. But to think the advantage will be had at the "pump" once there is a significant % of EVs on the road, is a fools thought.
EV's are good for the economy, no doubt and have a decided use that they do well at, but, if, only, the EV nut humpers wouldn't view them like they themselves personally discovered the cure for cancer or a new precious metal, these discussions would be more reasonable.
