GVCWR is the total weight of the TV and trailer that the TV is rated for.
Payload: "The combined weight of occupants and cargo should not exceed XXXX lbs." per the sticker on the door post. The wording does not seem to be a rating.
GCWR is Gross Cargo Weight Rating. I have not seen this but it seems to be the payload described above.
