(I suspect you are confusing some terminology..... GCWR is "Gross Combination Weight Rating" and is the total rated weight of truck and trailer, I suspect you are reading "payload". If not I'd love to see a pic of your label(s).)
Oh, and GM never put GCWR on a label, at least not while I was responsible for them!
"Cargo and Occupant capacity" (aka Payload) is certainly on a label - it's the law.
