Same way on the 9-6. Hence a 4x8 sheet of plywood is more than wide enough unless you are looking to add support where it did not exist previously.

I just grabbed a sheet of Marine ply (23/32) for 50 some odd bucks from home Depot. My sunroof on the truck cab is noticeably less afraid for its life.
