Lomg life bulbs = LL.. I could of got an LED upgrade but I am cheap... they wanted 50 bucks more. I was afraid the lighting would not match the other lighting..
The temp sensor is already in the transmission on all GM trucks. From what year they started that I dont know. Its just that all 1500 non HD trucks did not come with the gauge. Once you go HD 1500 or 2500,3500 the gauge is installed from the factory.
Here is the place I had it done... He has since raise his prices $40 bucks because of me...lol... His web site originally stated $200 bucks and he had to honer that price because I complained when he told me it was a typo..
On top of the $200 it was $22 bucks to overnight it to him. He paid shipping back..
I drove around with no dash for 4 days...
