sadly - i hadn't even THOUGHT of that wrinkle as a possibility - but yes, i suppose that could be an issue. in a tight spot, how does one maneuver a big truck to get to the tank, or what are the alternatives? I didn't research this as I just assumed it would be cut and dry.
