Closer than you think! No, not the tote tank, get rid of it, in fact ditch the stinky slinky and invest in a FloJet Waste Macerator Pump and you too can off load grey or even macerated black water anywhere, anytime you choose, into easy to handle portable containers of your choice that are already sitting in the back of your truck. I've been using mine for years now, primarily so I can avoid dump station lineups by servicing my tanks at home, but it also enables me to off load waste tank contents while we're camping - no fuss, no muss, and best of all no lifting. :B My choice of containers are a set of 7 gal Aquatainers labelled for the purpose so the most I have to do is lower a full tank (weighing an easy 60 lbs when full) from the truck's tailgate to the ground when dumping - no stinky slinky and no struggling with a heavy wheeled tote tank to get it to the truck, no dragging it to the dump station. With the hundreds of times I've now used my FloJet system there's no way I'd ever consider owning another pain in the neck wheeled tote tank.
