Fantastic Fan 7350(6600) or Maxxfan deluxe????

my current TT is very stuffy at night, and im looking to have some kind of fan installed in the existing vent. Im in upstate NY so I hate to waste the AC all night long as it can get cool up here, but...

I've had Fantastic fans on my last two 5vers and love them. They work wonders when no services. The remotes are great and the rain sensor works very well, the slightest rain drop and it closes. With their variable fan speeds on auto they are very quiet. I have learned NEVER to have them suck air in if there are bugs, it plasters them everywhere.:S
