Fantastic Fan 7350(6600) or Maxxfan deluxe????

my current TT is very stuffy at night, and im looking to have some kind of fan installed in the existing vent. Im in upstate NY so I hate to waste the AC all night long as it can get cool up here, but...

With the roof mounted maxxair turbo fan there is no need for a rain sensor, no need to ever close the vent, and because the fan is outside you don't hear it. Installs right over your vent.
