Fantastic Fan 7350(6600) or Maxxfan deluxe????

my current TT is very stuffy at night, and im looking to have some kind of fan installed in the existing vent. Im in upstate NY so I hate to waste the AC all night long as it can get cool up here, but...

I have a 2007 Holiday Rambler Aluma-Lite which has about 28ft of living space. I am interested in a Maxxfan and have two vents. One above the bed (up front) and one in the bathroom (rear). Can I get away with one fan which would cycle the air throughout the trailer? The bathroom, with the door closed, still has openings on the top and a little on the bottom.
