I have a Maxxair II on my Vent Line bathroom fan and it works great. I tried mounting a Maxxair II on my Fantastic Fan and it wasn't a good fit, so in installed a Fantastic UltraBreeze cover and it fits great. The only thing that I found with the Fantastic UltraBreeze cover is that if it is blowing and raining and you are pointed against the wind the rain can come in the open vent.
