Fastway Flip Jack Foot?
Anyone use or have? Any input?

Indeed you can - it is usable in the "flipped up" or "kneeling" position. Works beautifully.
I have one having bought it for my previous RV. Had to drill a hole at the bottom of the tongue jack post to install it - not a problem. On the current trailer there is a hole there already but it is not at the required 1/2" (?) from the end, so now I have to slice off a small length of the tongue jack. Since drilling is easier slicing, the Fastway Flip is still sitting in my garage. :( One of these days ....
